Who doesn’t like homemade french fries? They taste so much better than you can get anywhere else.Whenever I make them, they plate is gone before the next batch even comes out of the deep fryer!

Russet potatoes
seasoning salt
oil

1 Electric deep fryer with basket
1 Plastic cutting board mats (set of 3)
1 Stainless steel mixing bowl set
1 Stainless steel prep knife
1 Stainless-steel Y peeler
Method
Peel and slice potatoes to desired thickness.
Place potatoes in ice cold water for 10 minutes
Fry in oil at 375° for 7 minutes
Drain on paper towel and season with seasoning salt
