- Step 1: Slice off crusts and cut each slice of bread into cubes.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Step 3: With the mixer on, add in one egg at a time and mix thoroughly between each egg.
- Step 4: Stir in well-drained crushed pineapple and then gently fold bread cubes into the mixture.
- Step 5: Spread pineapple souffle mixture into a grease baking dish. Bake @350 uncovered for 45 minutes or until a light gold color. Serve warm.
