{easy} Homemade Apple Tarts

I love fall.  One of our family’s favorite activites this time of year is apple picking.  We normally go a few times during the season and always leave with more apples than we planned to pick, so my list of apple recipes has grown over the years.  One of our favorites is apple tarts.  They are super simple to make and only take a few ingredients. I like to make my own roasted apple filling.  I normally make a large batch and them use some of it for pies and the rest turns into applesauce.
