Homemade Granola Bars

My kids go through a LOT of granola bars.  They know there is a “one bar” limit in our house per day, but they always test me to see if I will break! The thing with granola bars is that they feel a lot like dessert (especially the chocolate chips ones).  I will admit that I have used them to quench my sweet tooth more than once.  What’s more important is that they can be really expensive, depending on the brand you buy.  These days we are all trying to feed our families healthier (and it doesn’t hurt to save a little money in the process) so why not start with an EASY snack?  These homemade granola bars take about 10 minutes to whip up and make a ton
