Cutie Parfait
We all want our kids to be healthy. (Especially after the holidays, when they’ve had so much sugar!) BUT sometimes it can be hard to get them to eat things that are good for them, am I right? My kids have always been pretty healthy eaters but it seems the older they get, the more they want junk food. We have a few go-to snacks that are healthy and the kids love Their favorite is a quick parfait that they can make themselves.
