Bleu Cheese Chips

We have a local restaurant that serves a similar appetizer. Unless I get a job there, I believe this is as close to the recipe as I will ever get. It is such a tasty snack and appetizer! I love to make my homemade french fries and drizzle this cheese sauce over! And top it off with hot sauce. All of my kids really like it to, some without the hot sauce! Recipes can be fun to try and recreate. Some of the other ones I tried were to sharp, however the Havarti cheese gave this a real mild flavor. The cheese sauce is really delicious and can be used over vegetables also.
