Artichoke Hearts Au Gratin

My family loves artichoke hearts. Or I should say, I particularly do. If they are on the menu, in some dish or alone as an appetizer, I will order them. Every time. So, when I came across this dish, I was totally up for the challenge. These are really tasty. I love to dip them in ranch dressing to give them a kick. They would be great with perhaps some dried ranch powder mixed in also! I will give that a try and let you know how it went!
