Two-Phase Game Starter
This drill combines serving and overhead practice into one continuous sequence, simulating real match openings. Players sharpen their ability to start points effectively, transition from serve to rally, and handle lob situations with overhead smashes. The two-phase format keeps players focused on both offensive and defensive skills in game-like conditions.
Setup
- Two players positioned at the baseline
- Coach at the net with a basket of balls
