Soccer Zig Zac # 1 Training Drill

Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per group
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble around cones and pass it back as shown
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (inside or outside of foot, left or right foot only etc.)
- players make a self pass and receive it at the last cone and then dribble zig zac back to the start (next players goes when previous player stops his ball in front of him - and/or gives a high five)
- make it competitive
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary

- move towards ball when receiving

- weight of pass
