  • cones to mark off area
  • 2 goals. 4 cone goals (3-5yds)
  • pinnies
  • 15-25 min

Rules & Objectives

  • each team defends and attacks goal with goalie
  • losing team has also the option to score on cone goals by dribbling through

Variations

  • minimum of 3 touches for winning team
  • no forward passes allowed for winning team
  • winning team plays with one (two) man down until opposing team scores the equalizer
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
