Setup
- 2 teams
- 2 goalies
- grid (40yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 2 goals. 4 cone goals (3-5yds)

- 15-25 min
Rules & Objectives
- each team defends and attacks goal with goalie
- losing team has also the option to score on cone goals by dribbling through
Variations
- minimum of 3 touches for winning team
- no forward passes allowed for winning team
- winning team plays with one (two) man down until opposing team scores the equalizer
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
