Soccer Warm Up Parcours # 2 Training Drill

Setup
- grid (15yds x 20yds)
- good supply of cones
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble through parcours and around defenders
- (1) players dribble through gates
- next players dribble around passive defender
- (2) players dribble diagonally around cones
- (3) players dribble zig zac around cones
- next players dribble around active defender and back to the start
- switch defenders every 2-3 minutes
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (left or right foot, inside or outside foot etc.)
- players try to catch player in front of them (if caught, player has to do 10 x squat jumps)
- dribbling player has to beat defender with specific move (scissor, step over etc.)
