Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble with changes of direction &speed and on coach's command stop the ball with various body parts i.e. (elbow, knee, head, bottom etc.)
- free 20 sec. stretch
- players dribble and on coach's command touch the ball with laces, inside foot, outside foot and pull back with the sole of the foot
- free 20 sec. stretch
- players dribble towards cones and perform specific moves at high speed
- free 20 sec. stretch
