Soccer Warm Up # 8 Training Drill

Setup

  • good supply of cones
  • 1 ball per player
  • 10-15 min

Rules & Objectives

  • 1 tap ball 50x between feet
  • 2 dribble diagonally around cones as shown
  • 3 dribble zig zag around cones
  • 4 dribble with header jumps every 5yds
  • 5 dribble through all cone goals
  • 6 dribble and drag the ball to the inside with the sole of the foot at each cone (sideways)
  • 7 dribble and perform 5x scissor moves and 5x step over moves
  • 8 dribble back to start touching the ball only with the laces
