Soccer Warm Up # 8 Training Drill

Setup
- good supply of cones
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- 1 tap ball 50x between feet
- 2 dribble diagonally around cones as shown
- 3 dribble zig zag around cones
- 4 dribble with header jumps every 5yds
- 5 dribble through all cone goals
- 6 dribble and drag the ball to the inside with the sole of the foot at each cone (sideways)
- 7 dribble and perform 5x scissor moves and 5x step over moves
- 8 dribble back to start touching the ball only with the laces
