Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- all player dribble inside the playing area with the outside &inside of same foot (switch feet)
- free 20 sec. stretch
- all players dribble back and forth over side lines
- free 20 sec. stretch
- on coach's command each player with a ball executes specific move
- free 20 sec. stretch
- in pairs, players perform a move vs. passive (active) partner - switch roles
