Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble inside the playing area using all surfaces of the foot
- free 20 sec. stretch
- in pairs, one player is the leader with the partner being his shadow who tries to follow/copy the
- leader - switch roles after 90 seconds
- free 20 sec. stretch
- leading player performs various moves vs. active (passive) defender - switch roles after 90 seconds
