Setup

  • 1 ball per player
  • 5-15 min

Rules & Objectives

  • players dribble inside the playing area using all surfaces of the foot
  • free 20 sec. stretch
  • in pairs, one player is the leader with the partner being his shadow who tries to follow/copy the
  • leader - switch roles after 90 seconds
  • free 20 sec. stretch
  • leading player performs various moves vs. active (passive) defender - switch roles after 90 seconds
