Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble inside the playing area
- free 15 sec. stretch
- players pass the ball 4 times between the feet then roll it to the side with the sole of the foot
- free 15 sec. stretch
- players dribble with laces and then stop the ball with the sole of the foot after 3-4 touches
- free 15 sec. stretch
- players dribble with the laces - 4 short strides, 4 long strides - stop the ball with the sole of the foot
