  • 1 ball per player
  • 5-10 min

Rules & Objectives

  • players dribble inside the playing area
  • free 15 sec. stretch
  • players pass the ball 4 times between the feet then roll it to the side with the sole of the foot
  • free 15 sec. stretch
  • players dribble with laces and then stop the ball with the sole of the foot after 3-4 touches
  • free 15 sec. stretch
  • players dribble with the laces - 4 short strides, 4 long strides - stop the ball with the sole of the foot
