Rules & Objectives
- teams are awarded 3 points if they score from the middle zone
- teams can score from inside the end zone with their first touch
Variations
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- limit number of touches
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
