Setup
- 2 teams
- grid (25yds x 40yds)
- cones to mark off area
- cone goals (3-5yds)
- pinnies
- 15-25 min
Rules & Objectives
- each team defends and attacks two cone goals
- teams score by dribbling through cone goal
- if the ball goes out of bounce it is dribbled it back in
Variations
- teams score by stopping the ball dead on goal line
- teams defend two goals opposite from each other
- teams defend two goals diagonally next to each other
- minimum of 2-3 touches
- add neutral player
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
