  • grid (25yds x 40yds)
  • cones to mark off area
  • cone goals (3-5yds)
  • pinnies
  • 15-25 min

Rules & Objectives

  • each team defends and attacks two cone goals
  • teams score by dribbling through cone goal
  • if the ball goes out of bounce it is dribbled it back in

Variations

  • teams score by stopping the ball dead on goal line
  • teams defend two goals opposite from each other
  • teams defend two goals diagonally next to each other
  • minimum of 2-3 touches
  • add neutral player
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
