Soccer Soft Touches Training Drill

Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- the first player in line self passes his ball towards first line
- next he retrieves the ball and touches it with the inside of his right and left foot as many times as
- possible until he gets to the next line where he self passes the ball again to the next line
- keep players moving
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (inside or outside of foot, left or right foot only etc.)
- players must perform a move instead of a self pass
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
