Setup
- 1 goalie
- good supply of cones
- 1 goal
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players pass their ball along the line of hurdles and then they make two-footed (one-footed) jumps over the hurdles
- next they pass through the cone goal and finish on goal one-touch
Variations
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
