Soccer Dribble – Shoot Sequence # 1 Training Drill

Setup
- 2 goalies
- good supply of cones
- 2 goals
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players pass and shoot on goal in the sequence as shown
Variations
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- players must beat the goalie in a 1v1 situation
- vary dribblings around the cones
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
