Soccer Crossroads Training Drill

Setup
- 4 groups
- good supply of cones
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- each group behind the cones as shown
- when coach calls out a number the first player of each group dribbles past the same number of
- cones, turns and dribbles back to his group
- all players dribble on the left (right) side of the cones
- next player repeats sequence until coach changes the number
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (inside or outside of foot, sole, left or right foot only etc.)
- players dribble zig zag around cones
- adjust number of cones and distance between cones if necessary
