Soccer Cone Knock Down # 10 Training Drill

Setup
- 8 tall cones (6-10 yds)
- 5 min
Rules & Objectives
- player passes to knock down cone on opposite side to be awarded a point
- player with most points after 3-4 minutes wins
- 1 player behind each tall cone
Variations
- specify how players must pass (left or right foot, inside or outside foot)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
