Setup
- grid (20yds x 30yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble diagonally through cone goals to other group as shown
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (left or right foot, inside or outside foot etc.)
- players self-pass through cone goal and dribble to other group
- players pass simultaneously through cone goal to another player who dribbles diagonally to other group
- players perform a move on cone goal line and then dribble diagonally to other group
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
