Setup
- 2 groups
- 2 goalies
- good supply of cones
- 2 goals
- good supply of balls
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- attacker passes the ball to the defender who passes it back
- players now play 1v1 as shown
- if defender wins the ball or attacker doesn't score players switch roles
Variations
- start activity with passive defender
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
