Rules & Objectives
- first player with the ball attempts to dribble through cone goal and then cross the ball towards the
- middle as shown
- the defenders must stay on their goal line and move only sideways
- next player repeats sequence from the other side
- switch roles often
Variations
- passive defenders
- add a defender in front of the goal to defend the cross
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
