Rules & Objectives

  • first player with the ball attempts to dribble through cone goal and then cross the ball towards the
  • middle as shown
  • the defenders must stay on their goal line and move only sideways
  • next player repeats sequence from the other side
  • switch roles often

Variations

  • passive defenders
  • add a defender in front of the goal to defend the cross
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
