Soccer Ball Control Finishing Drill Training Drill

Setup
- 1 goalie
- distance between the two lines (5-7yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 1 goal
- 1 ball per player
- 5-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players must try to juggle the ball from one line to the other and shoot on goal before they cross the
- line that is closer to the goal
- player with most goals after 7 minutes wins
Variations
- allow players to let the ball bounce depending on the ability of the group
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
