Setup

• 3 teams. 2 teams play 4v4 inside the playing area
• grid (25yds x 35yds)
• cones to mark off area
• pinnies
• 15-20 min

Rules & Objectives

• rest of the players are on the outside
• players can only pass to their own color
• teams score by passing to the outside to on of their teammates who then comes in the middle and connects for one more pass to a teammate
• player who passes the ball outside immediately takes the receiver's position
• players on the outside cannot challenge each other

Variations

• play 3v3 etc.
• players on the outside must play one touch
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
