Setup
- 3 teams. 2 teams play 4v4 inside the playing area
- grid (25yds x 35yds)
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
- 15-20 min
Rules & Objectives
- another team is positioned around the grid
- teams score a point by passing to a target player who passes it back to a third player
Variations
- target players must play one or two touch
- teams score by making 7 consecutive passes
- players on the outside are allowed to pass to each other
