  • 4 attackers versus 3 defenders
  • grid (25yds x 35yds)
  • cones to mark off area
  • 5 cone goals (3-5yds)
  • pinnies
  • 10-20 min

Rules & Objectives

  • 4 attackers defend three cone goals and 3 defenders two cone goals
  • switch roles every 5 minutes

Variations

  • play 3v2, 6v5 etc.
  • teams score by dribbling through cone goals
  • minimum of 3 touches for attackers
