Setup
- 2 teams
- 4 attackers versus 3 defenders
- grid (25yds x 35yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 5 cone goals (3-5yds)
- pinnies
- 10-20 min
Rules & Objectives
- 4 attackers defend three cone goals and 3 defenders two cone goals
- switch roles every 5 minutes
Variations
- play 3v2, 6v5 etc.
- teams score by dribbling through cone goals
- minimum of 3 touches for attackers
