Setup
- 1 goalie
- good supply of cones
- 1 goal
- good supply of balls
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- coach passes the ball between the two players who run for the ball and attempt to score a goal
- keep switching goalies
- players switch partners after two turns
Variations
- coach varies how the ball is played in (thrown, rolled, high or low, backspin etc.
- players start in different positions (sitting, kneeling on all fours, lying down, performing a specific task as
- squad jumps, jumping jacks etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
