Rules & Objectives

  • coach passes the ball between the two players who run for the ball and attempt to score a goal
  • keep switching goalies
  • players switch partners after two turns

Variations

  • coach varies how the ball is played in (thrown, rolled, high or low, backspin etc.
  • players start in different positions (sitting, kneeling on all fours, lying down, performing a specific task as
  • squad jumps, jumping jacks etc.)
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
