Setup

  • 2 teams
  • 2 goalies
  • grid (40yds x 60yds)
  • 2 channels
  • cones to mark off area
  • 2 goals

  • 15-25 min

Rules & Objectives

  • each team defends and attacks one goal
  • if the attacking team has the ball inside one channel the defending team must have all its players move out of the opposite channel (3x violations = 1x penalty)

Variations

  • add one or two neutral players who cannot score
  • ball must go through one channel for a goal to count
  • ball must go through both channels for a goal to count
  • if the attacking team has the ball inside a channel it has to have all its players move out of the opposite channel
