Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- relay race
- players dribble around cone and stop the ball dead in front of next player
- first team back to its original position wins
Variations
- players dribble zig zac around cones (V1)
- payers dribble diagonally from cone to cone (v2)
- players run around cone with a ball in their hands and hand it over to the next player
- players dribble a ball around cone with a ball in their hands
- players dribble a ball backwards with a ball in their hands
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
