Setup

  • cones to mark off area
  • 1 ball per player
  • 10-15 min

Rules & Objectives

  • relay race
  • players dribble around cone and stop the ball dead in front of next player
  • first team back to its original position wins

Variations

  • players dribble zig zac around cones (V1)
  • payers dribble diagonally from cone to cone (v2)
  • players run around cone with a ball in their hands and hand it over to the next player
  • players dribble a ball around cone with a ball in their hands
  • players dribble a ball backwards with a ball in their hands
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
