Soccer Passing Pattern # 13 Training Drill

Setup
- group of 4
- cones to mark off area
- 2 balls
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- player A passes to player B who dribbles the ball to the next cone and passes to player C who passes back right away
- player B now repeats the sequence in the other direction
- player C + D simultaneously start the sequence on the other side
- which group can pass the ball the longest without making an error
- rotate positions after 2-3 minutes
Variations
- specify how players must pass/receive (left or right foot, inside or outside foot etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
