Setup
- in pairs
- grid (20yds x 30yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per pair
- 5 min
Rules & Objectives
- 2 cones are placed in between two players as shown
- objective is to knock down the most cones within two minutes
- cones are being put up again after they get knocked down
Variations
- two touch passing only
- add a third cone
- increase distance between partners
