Setup

- grid (25yds x 40yds)
- target areas (5 x 5yds)
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
- 15-25 min
Rules & Objectives
- neutral players are responsible for keeping balls in play from the middle line
- players attempt to pass into target area to player who connects to a third teammate with a 1 or 2 touch pass in
- order to score
- switch roles once a team has five points
Variations
- play 4 v 4, 5 v 5, 6 v 6 etc.
- players must play a lofted pass to target player
- limit number of touches for field players
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
