Rules & Objectives

  • teams score by passing into one of the target areas to a teammate
  • players cannot wait inside target area to receive a pass

Variations

  • add a neutral player
  • limit number of touches
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

  • selection &timing of pass
  • time your run into target area
  • get into line of flight of the ball
  • switch point of attack away from pressure
  • keep the ball moving with quick accurate passing
