Rules & Objectives

  • if a team loses possession they must recover defensively and cannot try to win the ball back until it gets back to their defensive half

Variations

  • limit number of touches
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

  • constant movement
  • communication is vital
  • good angle and distance of support to receive ball
  • shift as a unit
  • defenders must transition quickly
  • quick recovery
  • build your attack slowly
