Rules & Objectives

  • neutral channel player must stay inside designated area until he receives the ball
  • neutral channel players can only be challenged if they have the ball
  • goals off a cross count 2 points
  • switch channel players regularly

Variations

  • channel player without the ball can enter the field to support the team in possession once the player in the
  • other channel receives the ball
  • only one team can utilize channel players
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
