Soccer Multiple 1v1 Six Goals Training Drill

Setup
- in pairs (attacker vs. defender)
- cones to mark off area
- 6 cone goals (2-4yds)
- 1 ball per pair
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players can score on any of the six goals
- partners switch roles after each goal
- if the defenders wins the ball he gives it right back
- switch partners
Variations
- use mini goals instead of cone goals
- players must dribble through cone goals to score
- each player defends and attacks three goals
- attackers and defenders switch roles after 2-3 minutes
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
