Soccer Juggling Activity Training Drill

Setup

  • cones to mark off area
  • 1 ball per player
  • 5-10 min

Rules & Objectives

  • players juggle inside playing area (every other touch must be with weaker foot)
  • on coach's command players settle the ball with their weak foot and dribble until coach says “Juggle!” again
  • player whose ball goes out of bounce does 10 squat jumps etc.

Variations

  • same as before with the strong foot
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
