Soccer Juggling Activity Training Drill

Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players juggle inside playing area (every other touch must be with weaker foot)
- on coach's command players settle the ball with their weak foot and dribble until coach says “Juggle!” again
- player whose ball goes out of bounce does 10 squat jumps etc.
Variations
- same as before with the strong foot
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
