Four-Ball Feeding Drill
This drill is designed for one-on-one coaching sessions to improve rhythm, stroke consistency, and transition play. The coach hand-feeds four consecutive balls, alternating between deep baseline shots and approach shots. Repeating the sequence builds stamina, accuracy, and confidence in both forehand and backhand strokes.
