Dodge and Tap Foam Ball Game
This warm-up drill is designed for kids to build agility, quick reactions, and confidence at the net in a safe and fun way. By dodging soft foam balls while running forward, players practice changing direction quickly while staying focused on their goal of tapping the net. The team element keeps the game exciting and cooperative.
Setup
- Coach positioned on the T-line with a basket of foam balls (or depressurized balls for safety)
- Kids lined up just behind the T-line
