Attacking Drills
This drill trains players to alternate between defensive recovery shots and aggressive attacking shots. By mixing deep defensive feeds with shorter attacking feeds, players learn how to adjust their positioning, footwork, and shot selection depending on the situation. Practicing this sequence builds the ability to transition quickly from defense to offense, a skill that can surprise opponents and shift momentum in a match. The alternating pattern also reinforces balance, awareness, and tactical discipline.
