Service-Line Alternating Rally Drill
This warm-up drill prepares players for a match by combining controlled rallies with footwork and stroke rhythm. Players rally from the service line, alternating forehand and backhand strokes on each shot. The drill develops early movement, timing, and consistency, while keeping intensity light before extending to baseline play.
