Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per group
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble around cones as shown
- next player starts when player in front gets to second cone
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (inside or outside of foot, left or right foot only etc.)
- players dribble around cones and pass it back to next player in line
- make it competitive (first player dribbles around cones as shown and stops his ball dead in front of
- next player and gives a high five - next player repeats sequence - multiple rounds)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
