Soccer Warm Up Parcours # 1 Training Drill

Setup
- good supply of cones
- 1 ball per player
- 5-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble through the course and return to the start (5 rounds)
- on the way back on the outside of grid from 10 to 2 to 1 dribble sideways or backwards
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (left or right foot, inside or outside foot etc.)
- players try to catch player in front of them (if caught, player has to do 10 x squat jumps)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

- change of direction and speed

- soft touch
