Soccer Various Activities Training Drill

Setup
- 3 grids as shown
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- on coach's command (verbal or nonverbal) players dribble into assigned grid
- in each grid players perform a pre-assigned task (juggling, practice a specific move, play tag games
- like “Everybody Is It” or “Knee Tag” etc.)
Variations
- one group in each grid who rotate on coach's command
- add a fourth grid
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
