Soccer Dribbling Warm Up # 5 Training Drill

Setup
- 4-6 players max per station
- good supply of cones
- 2 balls per station
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- the first player from each group dribbles zig zac through cones and then makes a short pass to the next player in line as shown
- players start simultaneously to the right (left) side
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (inside or outside of foot, left or right foot only etc.)
- vary number of cones players have to dribble through
- both players make a pass to the opposite side first and then start to dribble
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
