Soccer Cone Dribbling # 3 Training Drill

Setup
- grid (20yds x 30yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 1 ball per player
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players dribble past center cone diagonally to other group
- next player goes once the first player passes the center cone (stops his ball in front of him and/or gives him a high five)
Variations
- players dribble around middle cone towards group on the right
- players dribble around middle cone and pass to group on the left
- reverse direction
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
